Footprints in Africa will email you with the necessary documentation that you must complete, sign and fax or email back to us.
That's it - you're booked.

Easy payments:

Payment is only due on the day of tour departure, which you pay in cash or by credit card to the guide.
We understand the risks of credit card commerce - please understand that we are liable for all the costs involved when you cancel a trip with in 14 days of departure

Easy departures:

Footprints in Africa believes in making it as easy and comfortable as possible for our clients.
We will pick you up from any:

• Backpackers hostel / lodge
• Guest House, or Hotel
  in the city or town where the tour departs from.

We will even pick you up from a private address, as long as it is close to the main pickup route.
Please note that when we do pickups from airports, we might not have time to do some activities due to time restrains.

Our office will phone (between 6pm and 7pm) the reception of the place where you are staying the night before departure, to inform them of the time that we will pick you up the next morning for tour departure.
