Day 1 & 2 Pilanesberg South Africa
We depart early in the morning (8 am), traveling North West to Pilanesberg National Park , 2 hours drive away from Pretoria / Jo'burg. The Pilanesberg park is nested in an eroded volcanic crater and stretch over 44 000 hectares, the 4 th largest National Park in South Africa . As we enter the park the search begin for variety of bird life and "the Big 5" roaming the plains of this Crater. We "game drive" the whole day, stopping at waterholes and bird hides.
Lunch is enjoyed at a 4 star Lodge inside the park (own cost) .
After lunch we continue our drive till the gates close (or you decide) when we check into our accomodation and settle in
Relax and freshen up for dinner
There would be an opportunity for a night drive to view nocturnal animals conducted by park rangers in open vehicles. (Own cost R 230pp)
Traditional african meal
Chalet accomodation: Comfortable and clean with own private bathroom
Camping: Overnight in Camp site, we provide tents, mattrasses and can arrange sleeping bags ( D)
Day 3 Pilanesberg South Africa
After early morning coffee and rusks the day starts with a early morning game drive till breakfast.
After breakfast we continue our day by driving on the best routes in search of the animals we have not yet found
Lunch is enjoyed @ restaurant in the park (own cost).
Clients can visit Sun City (entrance fees @ own cost) should they wish or continue safari in the park
At approx 16;00 we depart back to arrive in Jo'burg/Pretoria @ 19:00 (B)
